To withdraw from WHO. So July 2021 is when we leave.

AND we need to pay outstanding dues/fees of over a million USD before we go.

So, hopefully when Biden takes office he can cancel our withdrawal.

Also, I read that this move would give US less access to vaccines developed by other countries.
Not that cult 45 would accept foreign vaccines.
Personally I'd prefer a vaccine developed almost anywhere but here in the USA!
