COVID-19 would become an almost universal "Pre-existing" condition

IF the GOP ever gets its way and insurance companies can return to exclusions and higher rates for pre-existing conditions, you can bet that they will use this for anyone who had the disease, tested positive for the virus, or even had just exposure to the virus.

A very wide range of health problems could be linked to prior infection of COVID-19.

It will become the "Get out of paying the claim free" card.

My family was a big-time victim of how insurance companies abused the "Pre-existing condition" loophole back in the late-80s.
