trump is already looking for the persons who leaked the Putin bounty story https://www.politico.com/newsletters/playbook/2020/07/07/new-white-house-searches-for-intel-leakers-489718

THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION has opened an internal investigation to try to uncover who leaked intelligence about Russians paying the Taliban bounties to kill American soldiers. The administration maintains the story is overcooked and the leaks cherry-picked despite a steady stream of follow-ups from media outlets across the globe.

THE ADMINISTRATION has interviewed people with access to the intelligence, and believes it has narrowed down the universe of suspects to fewer than 10 people.

THE ADMINISTRATION has said it would search for leakers in its ranks on many occasions. Notably, they vowed to find out who wrote an anonymous op-ed in the NYT almost two years ago. They said they’d find who leaked the president’s calendars in February 2019. Most of these probes fizzled out or faded away.

BUT, THE ADMINISTRATION seems a bit more worked up about these leaks, due to the highly classified nature of the intelligence.

The Lincoln Project ad plays on trump's deep insecurity and paranoia.

there needs to be a strong, relentless and well funded negative ad campaign against her leading all the way to the election.

3. But who is seeing these adverts?

Wonderful adverts, hugely satisfying to the sane. But where are they being shown? Is anyone but the sane population seeing them? Are they on tv channels that the drumpf-worshippers watch? Is there even the slightest chance that a drumpf follower will see one of these, comprehend it, do anything but condemn it as a liberal hoax and double down on their worship of their godling?

Frankly, I doubt it. This is like peeing in your pants - it might feel warm and nice but nobody else notices.

I know they make sure a lot of their ads show at times and places where he is almost guaranteed to see them.

I think this one is trying to get inside his head and mess with him. I think it has the potential to work in our favor.

6. This is the second time, at least, that you've said these ads are not affecting the campaigns.

Perhaps you might Google around to back up your claims, since you sound pretty sure. Maybe a video poll or some article links on the Lincoln Project's marketing connections, and their effort can't be cheap. Something like that. Just to maybe help out with informing the thread.
