1. If we get trump out, I'm not sure homelessness will explode. Most

people can get forbearance on their mortgages and some consideration on rent.

And if Congress extends the special unemployment benefits, most people will be making roughly the same as they made working. Obviously, there are long-term implications for exploding deficits/debt, but most in government aren’t too concerned about that right now.

That’s not to say we shouldn’t be concerned and prepare for the worst.
