This is also why the House should immediately adopt our bill changing the Rules to execute Inherent Contempt. Congress needs to be able to enforce subpoenas.

BUT Gorsuch did write the fairly radical opinion on OK tribal authority.

Gorsuch appears to be the new Kennedy

In a way the concurring opinion shows even more willingness to confront than signing the majority opinion especially since he had a majority opinion issued today.

In one day did he issue more opinions than Justice Thomas has in 4 decades?
