the case. They can either take the case or let the decision of the three judge panel stand.

but even then the Court has surprised lately with some pretty good decisions. But then they have also bombed like with the decision to let private religious schools use public money. So we shall see.

He will not automatically rule to overturn the three judge panel because he is mad the Republicans for keeping him off from the SCOTUS. So I am not sure what you are implying.

13. Not so fast everybody. This is good news but remember that the full circuit may or may

not take up the case. They can take it up or they can decide to let the decision of the three judge panel stand without taking it up. Historically, full circuits are reluctant to overturn the decisions of three judge panels. There has to be a pretty darn good reason first.

There are three possible scenarios. They can refuse to take it up, they can take it up and uphold the three judge panel, or they can take it up and overturn the panel. So we shall see.

Edit - There is also another possibility. The full circuit could decide to not act on it but send it back to the three judge panel for further consideration .
