and if so, what has been done about this?

I noticed that at least one was wearing a Civil War Uniform (re-enactment) - so will the Park continue to provide permits for those that disrupt other attendees of the Park?

Since I am not a legal scholar - I have to wonder, where any laws broken here - because it appears to be an implied threat?

And I have to wonder, what would have happened if the person that was challenged had been a person of color, or a person of color without a cell phone? Would there have been another POC suicide by hanging?

Any thoughts?
