In Japan (a real thing ? 20+ yrs ago) for people to let off steam they could buy (I can't remember if they also had designated rooms for this) a set of plastic ?tea service or ?dining set that they'd deliberately smash, stomp to pieces. The more upset they were - the more sets they would buy.

I thought of this because I'd imagine those "operators" would want smash a few things after listening to white racists all day long, and having to be pleasant to them.

And Niecy Nash had the right touch of sarcasm in her delivery.
