Democrats in Congress should look into pressuring Angela Merkel and German regulators...

to investigate Deutsche Bank's relationship with Trump and Russian oligarchs. If SCOTUS won't allow transparency, maybe the Germans could force it on their end.

If they decided to do it, I wouldn't look that gift horse in the mouth, but I'm horrified it has come to the point where we can't police ourselves.

and one of the prime reasons for Trump to break the bonds between the US and Europe is to prevent the kind of international law enforcement cooperation needed to do what you are asking for.

Our pre-Trump relations with Europe would have made such cooperation much easier.
