I believe the New York State justice system is going to go after Trump with every thing they got when he leaves office. Individual 1 has already been named in felony.

There were at one point 10 federal criminal investigations, even with the Republican senate refusing and protecting him, and I don't think we should assume yet that Trump will be able to make a deal for them to be retired in return for leaving. Or that next year's senate will still be controlled by the Republicans.
