1. They need to subpoena Barr now!

2. He is "scheduled" to testify at the end of this month
But I think Rep. Nadler should ensure that testimony with a subpoena.
Without one, Barr will have some kind of a conflict and cancel. |

3. I predict he won't show up even if he is subpoenaed.
I'd even be willing to wager some money on that.

4. You are probably right
They have gotten away with this so far, so why change the plan.
I wish the House had some way to compel testimony, but apparently they don't. |

Probably not.

11. Hell, they need to subpoena the whole f*cking executive branch!
All of 'em--every electronic gizmo capable of data storage, every bleepin' scrap of paper this crime ring has produced, every e-mail, phone log, and every last creature with a pulse--need to be under an order to stay secure until January 21, 2021!

5. Exactly
Thank you for saying this. Only Democrats can turn two huge wins into excuses for whining that "Trump won!"

9. Yes
Media reportage of legal matters is always atrocious but it's highly ironic that Politico issued the correct analysis.

10. I thought that as well
I generally avoid Politico like the plague.
