The Trump Organisation is planning a major expansion of its flagship international property, targeting retirees and wealthy golf enthusiasts with a new world class coastal retreat which would see hundreds of private houses, luxury apartments, and retirement villas built at its world-famous Turnberry resort.
In what would be one of the most ambitious and expensive foreign projects undertaken by Donald Trumps family business since he assumed the presidency, his company has commissioned a detailed masterplan to develop as many as 225 properties, as well as leisure facilities and shops, on an expanse of rolling farmland adjacent to Turnberrys lauded Ailsa course, a four-time host of golfs Open Championship.

Trump's banker at Deutsche Bank is Justice Kennedy's son. (source).
2006 - 2009: Trump makes multiple attempts (and fails) to get a loan from the Bank of Scotland to purchase Hamilton Hall. The bank executive "expressed concern that Trump would hold the bank to 'future ransom' (source)
August 2009: After multiple tries dating back to 2006, Trump denied a final time for loan for 25 million pounds from Bank of Scotland because the bank considered it "too risky." (source)

(16,616 posts)of funds evolves into something they can point to and assert that questions surrounding the origin of Trump's money constitute a Material Adverse Change (MAC) rendering whatever parts of the contract they despise null and void. Or they could possibly freeze the project altogether until it can be proven that the money used in this project is not laundered or from loans underwritten by Russian oligarchs and the criminal underworld.
