The Presidential Debate question that would kill Trump:

"President Trump. Regarding the COVID-19 crisis... in hindsight... and in your personal opinion... What have you learned from this crisis? What should you have done differently?"

And once he has given his answer...

"Vice-President Biden. Regarding the COVID-19 crisis... in hindsight... and in your personal opinion... What have you learned from this crisis? What should President Trump have done differently?"

Or admitted to making a mistake?

Okay, that's three, but any one would be sufficient.

Actually, it's really hard to change minds these days, though Donnie has botched covid-19 and the economy so badly that he actually is finally putting people off.

Both have stock answers to this. Biden will of course sound perfectly logical and reasonable and invoke science and experts.
Donnie will blame China and Fauci and claim his wall kept it from being worse.

Nothing we haven't heard before.

Trump will be his bully self, Biden won't stand for it.

But nobody will need the debates to see the clear choice and the Trump worse than a total failure.

And anyone who can't already see tRump's massive shortcomings isn't worth having on our side anyway.

Because the Sociopath doesn't think he did ANYTHING wrong, and he'll probably say that. He's incapable of shouldering any kind of blame or even admitting he made a mistake, no matter how small. So he'll likely say his response was perfect and he wouldn't change anything. And in response to that Biden has a number of ways to play it. I think if it were me, I'd just look in the camera and say, "130,000 people are dead and this guy thinks his response was perfect," and just shake my head, pause, and then look at him and go, "REALLY?"

I really do like the response I saw above where Biden looks into the camera and says, "Aren't you tired of this?" I think he should incorporate that. Could be one of those powerful debate moments that lives on long after the debate is over.

In any debate, Biden has to respond to Trump's words with all sorts of "Can you believe what just came out of his mouth?" and "this man can't be serious" types of responses. Shake head, facepalm, roll eyes....

He will just do ALL of the following

* Lie, lie, and lie some more

* Say it was a nasty question and refuse to answer

* Digress into some epic fit of what-aboutism

* String together unrelated sentence fragments that make no sense and are off the point of the question

* Blame Obama

He was asked "What was your worst mistake?"

His response was "I can't remember any."

Part 1: Mr. President, if President Obama or First Lady Clinton had done (pick out any Trump atrocity), what would you do?

Trump would talk about arrests, fines and imprisonment.

Part 2: Mr. President, you did that exact thing on (date). What should we do to you?
