We suffer no cable, no satellite, no broadcast television.

We haven't yet run out of stuff to watch on DVDs or Netflix.

Aside from a few narrowly focused technology and science sites, DU is my only "social media."

Most of the the television, twitter, and facebook I'm exposed to is posted here on DU.
