What happened to candidates' children being "off limits"? An email from Adam Schiff moments ago:

XXXXXX,

I’ve been in public office for more than twenty years, so I’ve seen some dirty attacks. I’ve even been the target of a few. Okay, more than a few.

But this recent tweet by the Republican National Committee's spokesman and “Director for Rapid Response” is something else entirely.

Take a look for yourself:

In case it wasn’t clear, Republicans are now taking cheap shots at Joe Biden based on a picture of him… taking his young son to a football game.

If they knew anything about Joe Biden’s life story -- and you know they do -- they would know this photo would have been taken soon after he lost his wife and his one-year-old daughter in a horrific car crash. If this picture shows anything, it shows that Joe has lived through unbearable tragedy and emerged with a decency and grace that Donald Trump can’t even begin to understand.

And it tells you a lot about what Donald Trump’s Republican Party has become. In the middle of a pandemic, with 135,000 dead and the worst infection rates anywhere in the world, they have nothing left to offer the American people other than despicable dirty attacks.

XXXXXX, it’s not enough just to beat Donald Trump and elect Joe Biden in November. We have to beat them up and down the ballot, all across the country. We have to show that America is better than this.

There is a piece of humanity missing in every last one of them. I don’t like saying that because I want to believe there is basic goodness in everyone, but I have lived long enough to know that is not always true.

Who the hell is Steve Guest anyway? What a creepy, punchable face he has.

Dear friends, I know that Joe Biden accepted the fact that there would be low blows on this campaign, and he knows it will get worse before it gets better. This type of creepy behavior is why I was so upset when they did it to Hillary in 2016. I can't stand to EVER see another woman treated the way Hillary was treated. It's just not right.

God give our Joe the strength to make it through this slime bucket of a campaign.
He'll be rewarded in the end, but it's going to be awful.

I guess this will make them feel good, get a few chuckles and laughs amongst the die hard Trump fans, but exactly who is this supposed to woo that Biden is a bad man?
Suburban moms? Hmm, I see a pic of a loving dad here. Wanna find a pic of Trump in a loving pose with one of his kids?
In case these nincompoops have not been paying attention for the last several years - substance abuse has hit many suburban families
Its one of the reasons " we- society" have started to see drug abuse differently - as a health crisis and not a crime
People tend to see substance abuse as health problem these days, not a moral failing.
So yeah, aside from chuckles and laughs amongst MAGATS, who are you trying to convince here?
As far as the hat - Joe Biden is capable saying - I was wrong on that. I have had a chance to think about it and I think differently now. - I haven't heard trump say that about anything in his life.

even if every word he said about Hunter was true, it isn't even remotely worthy of choosing to vote for drumpf over Joe.

i'm going to vote for the guy running a criminal enterprise out of the white house because the son of the other guy supposedly did cocaine? LOL Absurd.

(One anecdote I love, one of the boys - or both- asked when he was going to ask Jill to marry 'us!')

A portrait of unsullied love of a father for his son. It really is a beautiful picture. Thank you Twitter person for finding and sharing it.

Show me 1 picture of Trump and Ivanka with the same pure authentic and proper love of father and child. Just one. Go ahead...

Actually the gloves came off in 2016. We're witnessing the final, twisted self-destruction of the Republican Party, and it's going to be ugly.
