Re: Ghislaine Maxwell, two questions

Today she's simply having a video court appearance regarding bail. Should we expect to hear any details of interest today since the prosecutors reportedly have gained more info via their tip line since Maxwell's arrest?

Can you share any reporters or anyone else, on twitter for example, that you follow regarding this case?

We know we have an international mob organization running this country now, but it seems Maxwell could potentially be an explosive piece of the puzzle given what she knows, and what she likely has proof of.

Thanks!

Unless the recent shakeup there does involve a Barr loyalist. Gawd, is there any hope anywhere, before Jan. 20, 2021? lol but

If Barr can’t easily get to her to kill her then they will make the deal. She pleads to helping any Dem associated with Epstein and get probation for her testimony and everything else she agrees to never speak of and Barr gives her immunity from future prosecution for that.

Either that or he promises her the Flynn treatment where he gets her to plead but promises she’ll go free when he wordsmiths some excuse for why the government never should have been investigating her and this she should have her charges dropped.

cash on the barrelhead. How does a real estate transaction like that happen? Who did she buy the place from? What lawyers or agents were involved in the transaction? What happens when a person takes their satchel of loot to the bank to deposit and has to fill out a form for the government about where it came from? Why would I not be surprised to learn of a Trump connection re the real estate?

are that it was an all-cash purchase in December, "through a carefully anonymized LLC."

True about the potential for Trump douchebaggery to be involved.

If it had been a thirty to fifty million dollar property it would be more suspicious IMO. I'm guessing a million isn't that much money to her.

It's actually pretty easy to anonymously purchase real estate through an LLC if you don't need a loan.

I don't think there is any indication that she is laundering cash. She's just wealthy and like wealthy people, keeps her money in banks. (not trying to be snarky there. her father was a billionaire)

She no doubt wrote a check a personal check to her LLC, and the LLC wrote a check to the seller of the home.

Were lawyers and agents involved? Of course. All they certainly had to sign non-disclosures.
