Bolton tells us Trump begged an pleaded President Xi to buy soybeans to help him in the election.
Dozens of times he's praised China's handling of the coronavirus and especially President Xi.
He declared victory in the ridiculous Tariff Wars, even though he lost. How is he going to explain that in the context of today's speech where we're back to 2016? He had four years to deal with China and achieved NOTHING.
He really doesn't look well. I know we say that all the time, but this is bad.

It's actual somewhat fascinating to read transcripts of him, because when you see it in writing, his incoherence is even more obvious.
