No Gov. Cooper did not announce that kids would be going back to school
he announced that the state is demanding plan B and districts can choose more restrictive options if they choose. Also our plan B is not all students coming back. Steve K should do his research before telling the rest of the country wrong info. Sorry forgot to put state, North Carolina.
