"SNIP.....

Washington Post: “Poorer nations throughout Latin America, the Middle East, South Asia and Africa are bearing a growing share of the caseload, even as wealthier countries in Western Europe and East Asia enjoy a relative respite after having beaten back the worst effects through rigorously enforced lockdowns.”

“And then there’s the United States, which leads the world in new cases and, as with many nations that possess far fewer resources, has shown no sign of being able to regain control.”

.....SNIP"

Europe is going back to normal living, they're at a stage we are months away from getting to.

Americans should absolutely be livid that Europe is where they are now despite dealing with a more severe outbreak at the start and having a denser population while the US is not even past the 1st wave and is seeing cases reach records daily. It absolutely enrages me to see that this could have been handled already had we had semi competent leadership at the top.

Many of the questions asked, or new leads about the virus start off with our stats, followed by European stats and showing the stark difference. Some of those many also note how/why the stats are so much lower.
