tRump's indifference and lies about COVID prove it was always about HIM and nothing else
He has never given a rat’s ass about dealing with COVID, let alone fighting it. It’s always been about his image, nothing else. He doesn’t care who or how many die.
The proof? Simple - even now, when the virus is raging, even now after his childish response has been proven a disaster, even with deaths of Americans soaring, he refuses to take any heed of the expert advice and guidance being offered by Fauci and the scientific community. Worse, rather than doing things to stem the pandemic, he is doing things to spread the virus! He is encouraging people to engage in anti-science, fact-bereft behaviors that will get them and others killed. He is actually belittling the experts and their advice, as if he can fool the virus.
A NORMAL person would admit they made mistakes and change their tune, the way some of the asshole R governors have changed their views now that their tRump-humping grandstanding has proven disastrous. But tRump is NOT normal. He is a sick, evil person.
The only thing we can know for certain is that tRump will only get worse as each new day dawns. It’s only a matter of degree of worse.
