I don't think black Dems are going anyplace, but I could possibly see him peeling off some blacks that were going to vote for Trump.

So, I suppose all those African American Kanye supporters in OK might give him a look, but given Kanye supposedly only polled at 2% in a single questionable poll, I don't see how he'll make any impact.
He apparently has not officially dropped out, though he likewise has never even filed paperwork with FEC to officially run. Just a gimmick move for a person badly in need of his bipolar meds IMO.
