5. The talking heads want a horse race

They're not getting it right now but try by stoking the scene with items about the 'silent majority' sitting patiently to offer Trump a turn around or how Trump could magically redo the razor-thin margins of 2016's electoral victory or . . .

For the opposition the old maxim is still in play:

Hillary told us about Trump at the start--what you see is what you get. There is no other Trump but the one we're witnessing in the moment. he how he can fix the problem HE created.

It has been going on with since 2016. The names and problems
change, most of the time, but it always comes back to the glaring
reality the Joe Scarborough is still a died-in-the-wool, full-fledged
