On a more serious note, I honestly feel that I am not infected because of how my life has been these last few months. I know that testing is actually limited, and I'm not about to ask for testing, especially so long as I'm asymptomatic, because others need testing more than me.

Similarly, if a genuine good and effective vaccine becomes available, I will be a bit slow to get it, because I'm finding it relatively easy to self isolate and others will need the vaccine far ahead of me.

I'd really like to see my granddaughters again, though, to hold and hug them, so when and if a vaccine is available I'll have to assess then when I'll get it.

I don't happen to have grandchildren, but I think I get you. Actually, to be honest, I miss being able to hold and cuddle little ones, which was reasonably easy in the recent past. So when you do get to give your wonderful granddaughters a hug, give them one more and think of me.
