Important to note that fox has been heavily pushing the story that certain graffiti markings come from paid anarchists whose goal is to overthrow the federal government.

(12,712 posts)What we are now seeing is a last ditch effort that resorts to: problem, reaction, solution. That's the tactic and the strategy is playing out now.
1. Create a problem (in actuality, or by way of propaganda and deceptive rhetoric). An example: Send in DHS to actively create and promote violence. Use terms like chaos, anarchy and, most importantly terrorists.
2. Await the reaction to that, which is usually along the lines of fear and insecurity which puts an emphasis on quick, brash actions. The people themselves demand and might accept any proposed solution.
3. Utilize the chaos or mass fear and insecurity you engineered to then enact your agenda as the ultimate solution while appearing to innovate something you already had ready to go.
It can be a shoe in.

(15,265 posts)What those stats mean in the context of the state and city being shutdown fir months is not clear to me but I will say this.
The small number of violent destructive individuals that trash burn, and loot Portland everytime there is a big protest are assholes.
I support the protests but not the assholes who are bent on anarchy. This last round has been going on for 50 days with that Federal building being the nightly focal point.
