Todd does everything he can to justify what Trump and the Repugs are doing and Tur always has that smarmy smirk on her face. It's hard to take these two separately and the pairing of the two is just too much to take.
I don't even watch Todd's Sunday MTP. Why do I need to deal with this guy another 5 days per week?

(101,701 posts)When he does a panel discussion he ignores the fact he has an audience and merely focuses on his supposed "insider" discussions with the guests. I find that beyond irritating.
Tur, unfortunately, has begun to echo Todd--along with her own brand of "snark."

(25,166 posts)she's turning into a Todd.
Also I've been noticing as of late - when she is interviewing a guest or a talking head - she has a irritating smirk on her face. It's almost as if she is subliminally communicating that she doesn't respect their opinions.
This is just my opinion. I used to like her - but lately I just can't watch.

(27,995 posts)I've noticed the same from her husband, Tony Dokoupil, an anchor on CBS This Morning. I never cared for him. And Tur has changed over the years, I've noticed the smirk and dismissive attitude when she doesn't agree with someone. She's seemed different after she returned from maternity leave.

(58,785 posts)MSNBC, CNN and Fox are all party of the press arm of RW forces that will do anything that will work to keep power.
They'll let the voters solve their Trump problem, but they're really, really, really desperate to keep control of the senate and as many state governments as possible and to improve their power in congress.
And MSNBC is clearly very pleased with Todd's abilities and reliability. He won't have to wait for heaven to get his reward. First installment already received.

(9,903 posts)... Todd probably isn't on as much as he seems like he's on the TV. He's contracted and they have to use him, I suppose... hopefully, they will hire Shep Smith and Chuck can enjoy a happy retirement!

But you don't have to watch or listen to ANY of them.
