It just dawned on me that Trump will have an easy out on January 20, 2021...

Biden’s inauguration will almost certainly NOT be held in public on the Capitol steps. He will probably be sworn in during a small, socially distant ceremony With just his family and the VP’s, after which he can give his speech from the White House.

Trump will get an easy out, able to avoid attending Biden’s inauguration after A humiliating defeat.

Doesn’t mean he won’t attempt to wreak havoc on his way out...but perhaps Biden will have more freedom to reference Trump’s mess in his speech.

Biden might have to make alternative living arrangements until March at the earliest.

That's really the only way I see for him to avoid bankruptcy and jail.

After the election, if he cooks up some phony agreement and is planning to go to Russia to sign and celebrate, if the whole family is going along, you'll know what's up.

Trump may file for political bankruptcy via resignation in exchange for a pardon if the polls don't turn for him - which is unlikely with the virus raging and the economy about to go off a cliff.

Trump surrenders all his real estate to the government, renounces his citizenship and leaves the country.

a pardon doesn't cover him for crimes in NY state.

So he's probably got his dough in the Cook Islands/off shore and would be going to a place with no extradition treaty. He won't surrender his real estate - Putin probably holds a lot of paper against it. But maybe it will get snatched for what little principal he has in it.

Steam cleaning everything twice. What the grifters steal has already been fouled and perverted by the tRUMP clan anyway and unworthy of being on the property anymore. Why can't we just re-build the White House again?

He will resign before the inauguration so he and his family all can be pardoned by Pence. He either resigns just before the election if it looks certain that he will lose, or after the election.

Because doesn’t everyone know that crowd turnout is what the presidency is about?
