AZ-02: Ann Kirkpatrick moves to Solid Democrat
Kirkpatrick returned to work in February after a month in rehab for alcoholism and her top-fundraising GOP challenger, university lobbyist Shay Stautz, dropped out in April citing COVID's limitations on voter outreach. Now the GOP frontrunner may be conservative 2018 candidate Brandon Martin, but Republicans aren't about to spend in a Tucson seat President Trump lost by five points last time.
