Bars open dam the coronavirus , Gotta buy a hot dog to drink

Here in our state bars can stay open if you order food. It is the the dining out rule. So the Rural beer joint down road is offering $1 hot dogs. So you sit with the hot dog in front of you and drink the beer. Just went past on a morning bike ride.

Some states had a rule that >50% of revenue had to be from food service, which for most clubs & bars, doesn't apply.
Obviously, your state has different rules.
Pretty risky.

This is a particularly good example of a very common problem. Poorly worded or not well thought out laws either having loopholes or having impact in cases where they shouldn't.

aka "Camp Slappy", but everything is on hold because of this corona. He's frustrated and wants
to go go go. I asked about the waterboarding they do there and he said it's still part of the training.
So he runs and works out and is quite bored.
I want to go kayaking with you and your sons and boog.
