I think they realize it is that bad and they need to get it done, may lose Texas.

3. Possible shutdown

Hi,

I had to go to the Doctor on Thursday in the Dallas area for a non-virus reason. The Doctor said all the Hospitals were full & over flowing & another shutdown had to be coming or they will lose control of the situation.

If this really happens is anybody's guess. He said keep wearing your mask & stay home as much as possible.
however it is doubtful that the politicians understand it.

Patrick’s crazy stances forced Abbott to go a little crazy.

I think Abbott is giving in now because he’s scared s@&$less about the virus.
