If I understand it correctly, the restrictions are for up to 1,000 feet up.

Of course, Trump would brag his tactic worked, so not ideal.

I just remember devil's night in Detroit growing up. It got so much local press that one year many major news organizations sent crews to be live on the scene to cover the expected fire and violence. Crews from Europe showed up. And that year, no more fires than a typical night. It was a bust news coverage wise.
