I used to think W was off his rocker. I still think he was. But nowhere near as nuts as Trump.

Sometimes I wonder if Trump is really crazy. Or is he a bullshit con artist that is in over his head. He doesn't have even the smallest understanding of policy/issues to be able to provide bullshit that remotely makes sense.
