It doesn't matter what trump thinks of the election results. His opinion is useless and of no issue.

If he wins, he will be president for four more years. If he loses he will not. Asking him if he will accept the results is an ignorant question that presupposes he can ignore the results if he doesn’t like them and just continue on after January 20 2121.

On Inauguration Day on January 20 the winner will be inaugurated. If Biden wins the election it won’t matter if trump even shows up. Once Biden is president trump will be a trespasser on federal property if he refuses to leave. A situation easily resolved with minimal force.

Trump certainly can and may sue but it will be from his jail cell in New York City. I think bail is inappropriate due to his relationship with Putin and the likelihood he would escape to Russia where he will be received as a returning hero.

“The American people will decide this election,” Biden spokesman Andrew Bates said. “And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House.”

believe that not leaving is an option. I know that he will try everything in the book but, unless it is a really close election, I don't think his tactics will win out.

Once he is of no use to Putin, he could just as easily get a Polonium sandwich.

Declaring himself the true president in exile would allow him to soak in the adoration of his followers while not having to do any actual presidenting. Sweet deal for him.
