...there's something wrong with those numbers.
However, the positivity rate (7 day moving average) has been 18 or higher for 16 days.
That's roughly what NY had when testing expanded beyond obviously I'll people & first responders.
Except on that 15 or 16th day, NY was on a pretty steep slope down.
Florida is still pretty steady in the high teens, low 20s.
So, the cases still look to be climbing rapidly.
At this rate, they might pass NY in a week to 10 days.

CDC not getting data

That pisses me off and disgusts me
They will report less cases and less deaths, less testing too. Making their point that less testing will yield reduced cases, and the Covid problem is going away. Sarcasm!

Florida numbers are not accurate. And Arizona has had a magical decline.

as the cases for a single day. (They've done it on at least 3 occasions, for more than one state each time).
