If he refuses to go, make the bunker look like his tv room and lock him in until they come to take him away, based on his current cognitive efforts it does not seem much of a stretch!

donnie could be surrounded 24/7 by sycophants and praise and a fake foxnews feed telling him he's president for life.

and his cult members can tap into his feed and listen to his ranting.
