Ownership of all monuments is not by far by the federals, states, cities, special groups own quite a few too. rump is making hay out of nothing, and trying to stir up the pot to create more chaos and more hot button items. I'm not going to let an ignorant PINO do this to me. He's worthless as an entity in talking about anything and everything. A worthless guttersnipe...
