It is very well used.

When he gave it, lots of commentators said that he was ridiculing the president, without naming him.

I guess he was!

I am damn proud to have voted for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

I am damn sorry we have such a pathetic loser in the white house, currently.

Time to rectify this awful mistake.
