Insurance policies usually have an exclusion for "acts of God". Health Insurance will still cover you. The only thing I can think of, is if a doctor sends you home and you die from the plague. But that's an easy fix.

He's making a mountain out of a mole hill.

Unless he's trying to indemnify himself and cronies from lawsuits for calling it a hoax, etc.

If the business was following state mandated orders....its going to be really hard to fight that one. But if an employer ignored that, they may as well bend over...and again, they may not get protection from the insurance company. Pandemics are excluded in ISO based policies.

would call a lawsuit regarding death and negligence "frivolous"??? Truly when he dies I will regard it as a menial tragedy.
