I don't think he was really talking about COVID19, he already knows that it is bad and out of control by his own governing or lack thereof. As a failed reality show host, I am pretty sure he thought the season would end on a cheerier note.

I think it was a veiled threat to all of us protesting peacefully for BLM and all our civil rights. They have released their secret army and camouflaged, nameless. They are hunting us down.

Voting is necessary always, however not enough. We must remain vigilant at all times and never ever let our guard down again.
