induced coma when she was shot in the forehead with a beanbag round which embedded so deeply that all you could see was the tail of the round hanging out of her forehead.

In the video at the link (after the stupid 15-second ad), the scene of her injury is shown within the first 12 seconds.

The La Mesa PD was responsible for her injury.

These "less lethal" munitions are NOT supposed to be shot at heads and faces. Head and face shots are potentially lethal, but these damned cops deliberately shoot them at people's heads and faces.
