What if protesters started showing up wearing the same type of military gear and protective equipment as the gestapo.

6. I have a hunch that Trump is trying to provoke a confrontation

...a civil war, a social war.
What I wish would happen is that the protest accelerate but the vandalism and looting stop. If they have can’t prove a law has been broken, then there is no law enforcement needed.
