And don't forget about those governors whom are fighting against the Medicaid expansion that can help provide expanded coverage for lower-income folks. Seriously, most people can get it through their jobs or are already covered by their jobs, so it wouldn't even apply. And if your rich and don't want health insurance, then you can just pay the penalty. Big deal.
