The ADA and masks

It sure looks like the RW has turned the ADA into a power play over any and all for the maskless brigade. The law also calls for "reasonable accommodation" which most places actually have taken great efforts to create. Phone orders and pickups, curbside pickup, etc. should satisfy that need. Since most of the screaming wingers are taking it out on young people, they should be educated about this for their own safety. All they have to do is say they have made reasonable accommodations that meets legal requirements.

I am afraid employees are being abused by the bully right - many of them young people. One local store stated they would not require masks, although the governor requires them, in order to PROTECT their employees from the insane.
