for tying my necktie while driving down MoPac in Austin at 70 mph when going into work at 6:45 in the morning. Half of the time I was driving with my knee on the steering wheel.

Lanes to pay the toll were backed up.... about 2 m.p.h.

Fukin' guy in the lane next to me, was holding a cereal bowl in his right hand. Spoon sticking out of it.
