This was on a national news show in 1990. The ability to know what a con artist he is has always been out there but it just never registered with most folks. I don't particularly care for financial or business news, not like political or science news, but even I was hip to Trump's game.

I believe by 1990 Chump already had a bankruptcy under his belt, am I right? He was throwing big money into Atlantic City, but none of the casinos had flopped yet. More journalists should have done that with him over the years, instead of hanging on his every word and not challenging the absurd things he says. For instance, no credible journalist should have even sat down with him to hear his Obama birth certificate allegations. They all knew he was a clown and a showboater, but they gave him air time anyway. He couldn't have gotten to the White House without their help over the years.
