Help with possible fake news about Portland protests?

So a bunch of Trumpsters are attempting to discredit the moms who have come out to protest in Portland. Many of them are posting a picture from Andy Ngo's twitter account (see below) in attempts to vilify these women. Given that the source is Andy Ngo, I suspect the picture is bogus—perhaps Photoshopped, perhaps from a different location.

Does anyone know how this can be debunked? Or if anyone has done so already?

It's extremely unlikely that anyone's mother spray painted that. bluedye33139 Jul 2020 #2
Ha, that doesn't even deserve debunking. So silly. soothsayer Jul 2020 #3

Ngo probably took that photograph with the can of red paint in his hand.

His milkshakes might bring all the proud boys to the yard, but damn sure he's an idiot.

He's been flame throwing beyond belief.

Just go to Senator Ted Cruz's official Twitter. It's full of tripe!
