Actually, Horowitz is fortunately a career IG, not a Trump plant. He is also the one who concluded that no criminal referrals against FBI Agents involved in the start of the Trump Russia inquiry were warranted, and who also stated that there were no political considerations for starting the investigation. So he’s good guy.
