One question I have: Who is in command of that group of federal officers? What's his name?

Another question: Where are they staying there in Portland? They're sleeping somewhere.

Another: Where are they eating? They have to take all that uniform stuff off to eat, too.

I'm betting people are looking for the answers to all of those questions. Once they find them, then photographs without the masks should be possible. Then, they can be identified. People know who they are, including people who don't like those particular individuals very much at all.
