All Riled-Up and Ready to Go!

We Democrats have an incredible arsenal going into the November election. There is our party unity behind Joe Biden, as well as our unity with the majority of the citizenry on issues like the goals of BLM. There is also our collective disgust at Trump’s endless lies, obvious racism, his total incompetence – and all of the other outrages that typify his “presidency”.

But we also now have the ultimate weapon: ANGER And nothing drives voters to the polls like seething, blinding fury.

By the time we get to November’s GE, I doubt there will be many (if any) people saying, “Trump is so far down in the polls, I don’t have to bother to vote.” Perpetually pissed-off people aren’t satisfied with a mere ‘win’ – they want to see the target of their anger publicly humiliated and driven from the White House in utter disgrace.

They want to see Trump lose in a landslide that will not only disgrace him, but will send a message to every Republican who supported and enabled his crimes and corruption. They want to see him returned to private citizen status, where he will have to face charges against him that can’t be thwarted by his position as pOTUS.

And we are not alone. We are joined by independents and disaffected Republicans who realize they’ve been betrayed by a con-man, and have lost their businesses, their farms, their jobs – and their loved ones – due to his ineptitude and his self-serving agenda.

November’s election will be an opportunity to stone the criminal who has hijacked our democracy and perverted the power of the office he holds. And the citizenry will react appropriately: i.e. it doesn’t matter if your stone is only one of millions – you want to walk away from the polling station knowing you were part of the crowd that lobbed the rocks and hit the target.

And the beauty part? The fact that every time Trump opens his mouth, another fed-up citizen grabs a stone and takes aim..
