Found on facebook about patches on stormtrooper uniforms in Portland.

See how we are. This is America in 2020.

EDIT: The Z-26 patch is an identifier. These are contracted private security forces-most likely Erik Princes' group Academi, formerly Blackwater.

Velcro on whatever agency or corporation logo is on tap for the day.... Standard for SWAT uniforms as well.
