(36,547 posts)I'm not sure what all that would entail, but maybe a stock transaction fee, restore the old progressive tax structure, raise the tax rate on investment income, tighten up corporate tax loopholes, restore the estate tax, & I'm sure there are more. We are very generous with rewarding the wealthy.

Jeff Bezos is only one of many stupid rich milkers out there.
Cargills, Sacklers, etc etc.
Families so rich, they have to all be weirdos because of it, I know I would be by now.
Probably wondering wtf no one just takes it?

(9,674 posts)That the poor fools who believe that unmitigated wealth for certain individuals is the hallmark of being a great American and this concept is more important than hundreds of millions of people being able to elevate their lives with the money being hoarded wake up and realize that the rich have manipulated their thoughts and played them like Pavlov's dog.
